Mothers helps work along side you in your home. They would not only help with the children but would be willing to help with the cleaning, shopping and general light duties around the home whilst you spend time with the child. They are there to give you an extra set of hands. They can be very useful if you have a new born and a toddler.
Sometimes they can be qualified nannies.
If you work from home you would need a nanny, not a mothers help. Obviously all duties woud be discussed and listed beforehand.
