A newly qualified nanny has recently gained a NNEB or N.V.Q. in childcare. Both these courses are 2 years long, and quite intense. They are normally of a young age 18+ and will have had limited expereince, mostly from their placement's required form their qualification.
They are normally paid bottom end of a nanny's salary to start. Ideal for older children or to work along side the mother, at least to begin with.
