Newly Qualified Childcarers
A newly qualified nanny has recently gained an NNEB or N.V.Q. in childcare. Both these courses are 2 years long and robust, giving the candidate a great introductory framework to childcare. They are normally college leavers and will have had limited experience, although their course will have provided them with useful placement experience, both within nursery and family settings.
