Refunds & Replacements

Hopefully we shall be able to find you the right childcare first time. However circumstances sometimes change suddenly and unavoidably in these situations the following applies.

a) If any clients should withdraw from an agreement and cancel the arrangement half of the agency fee will still be payable.  If this is within 2 weeks of the start, they will also be liable to pay the applicant a fee of 1 weeks agreed salary.

b) If the applicant should fail to take up an agreed appointment and no replacement can be found a full refund shall be given.

c) Should either party be unhappy with the situation and wish to terminate the contract within 6 weeks of the start date BABY ROCK childcare agency will find a replacement within 3 weeks.

d) If a client should wish not to except replacement or makes other arrangements within this time, no refund will be given.

e) If for any reason BABY ROCK childcare agency is unable to find a replacement a refund will be given, as long as the invoice was paid within 14 days and the client had notified BABY ROCK childcare agency within 3 days of the termination, and as long as the employer had not unfairly terminated the employment.

f) Any refund will be paid as follows;

Termination of employment 0-2 weeks —75%
Termination of employment 2-4 weeks —50%
Termination of employment 4-5 weeks —25%

When cancelling a babysitter 24 hours notice must be given, otherwise the client will be liable to pay a £10.00 cancellation fee.
