Baby Rock Terms and Conditionss
1)  BABY ROCK childcare agency endeavours to make every reasonable effort to ensure the suitability of applicants selected on behalf of clients, but cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay, however occasioned.  Nor does it give any warranty concerning the history, age, character, capability or suitability of any applicants.

2)  BABY ROCK childcare agency acts only as an introduction and booking agent and does not directly or indirectly employ staff.  Staff are always employed by the client, except where an agreement has been made that they will be self employed.  Staff shall always be under the supervision, direction and control of the client.

3)  It is the responsibility of the employer to pay Tax and N.I. contributions on behalf of the employee using the guidelines set out by the Inland Revenue.  All employees are subject to this deduction.

4)  It is not acceptable for any information of our applicants to be passed on to a third party.  The passing on of nformation to another employer that results in employment renders the client (yourself) liable to pay agency fees.  (See price list).  Full fees will also be charged to all subsequent engagements of the same employee to the same client.

5)  Any client accepting an applicant for an interview and subsequent engagement is deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as specified. No variations of these terms are valid unless confirmed in writing by the agency.

6)  The agents fee is payable on engagement not from the date the applicant starts employment.

7)  Change/cancellation of booking will be charged as set out n our Refund and replacements.

8)  All accounts must be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date.  A surcharge of 4% will be added to each unpaid invoice 1 calendar month from the date of the original nvoice and on each month thereafter.

9)  Where staff are engaged on a short basis and then the employment s extended beyond the original period the appropriate additional fee will then be charged.  In the event of this happening it is the responsibility of the client to inform BABY ROCK childcare agency immediately.

10)  Clients retaining staff, however unsatisfactory, are liable for the placement fee in full for the period the staffs are retained.

11)  BABY ROCK cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, expense or delay arising from any introduction affected by the agency.  We do not warrant the suitability of any individual applicant to a position by the nature of his/her qualifications or medical condition.

12)  While the agency tries to introduce suitable applicants the final suitability remains with the client.  The agency advises that all clients should take up references even though they may have already done so.
